A delicious fair trade, organic blend of Indonesian and African coffees, this is Cafe Campesino’s rendition of history’s first known coffee blend and offers coffee lovers a combination of some of the best flavor profiles available.
Coffee lore says that the first known blend was made by combining beans from Yemen, located on the Arabian peninsula, with ones grown on the Indonesian island of Java. Cafe Campesino’s version uses beans widely accepted as modern-day equivalents. This is a sweet, silky-bodied coffee with bright citrus acidities.
Viennese Roast – A medium dark roast that has the richness of Dark Roast without the carbon-smoky flavor. The bean will be dark reddish brown and only slightly oily.
