Description

Sumatra Viennese offers an earthy, sweet cup with a medium-to-full body and low-to-medium acidity. This single-origin coffee has a Viennese Roast (meaning “medium-dark”) that leaves the beans coated in a sheen of natural oils.

Viennese Roast – A medium dark roast that has the richness of Dark Roast without the carbon-smoky flavor.  The bean will be dark reddish brown and only slightly oily.
